I spoke with Tim, at Lapp's Electrical Service explaining that our power had been off for 15 hours due the Electric Service being pulled from our house as a result of a traffic accident. And I was in desperate need of assistance. He told me not to worry that they take care of everything. And he immediately set out to do just that. He established a service job number with PP&L, sent a young gentleman name Iyla out to the house for the job. Iyla was kind, courteous, meticulous in his work. I think he left the situation better than it had been before. As Iyla finished his work the inspector arrived to inspect the repair. Once PP&L received notification that everything was as it should be they dispatched a crew to put power back to the house. I simply can't say enough good about the experience. I would eagerly recommend them.

I called late morning and received a phone call back almost immediately. An appointment was set up for the same day and two gentlemen, Vincent and George, came out on time. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous and just generally nice people. They found the problem almost immediately and rectified it. Would definitely use again and will recommend to others.

The guy that came to the red roof on 2390 Lincoln highway is a beast dude stood out in the cold and figured it out lost power multiple times but he didn’t quite it’s 9pm he still here making sure we’re all ok and have heat GIVE THAT MAN A CHRISTMAS BONUS PLEASE 🙏

We had Lapp out to replace our entire breaker box today. Sean and Alex were on time, professional, courteous, and kind. They answered all my questions with patience and left the area as clean as they found it. They finished the job earlier than expected and wore their masks for the entirety of the job. They took the time to correctly label the breaker box. So glad I don't have to guess which breaker is the one I'm looking for anymore. I would highly recommend Lapp. 5 stars to both Sean and Alex for the great work. Mike was as patient as a saint explaining the details of the job prior to us accepting the proposal. The price was great as well. Thank you Mike for taking the time to help us in understanding the project.

They were very nice on the phone. They said they charge $89.99 to diagnose the problem. Why I asked! Dropped to $59.99. In the mean time I figured out the problem, fixed it and left a message I did not need service. The next day , a service guy called and said he would be out in an hour. Told him was cancelled as I fixed myself. The reason I called Lapp Electric, they were a contractor doing work for my employer at the time. They were neat, completed work required on time and employer was satisfied. I would call in the future should I need electrical work.

We are beyond happy with the work that was done from Lapp electric! From the beginning with setting up an appointment, Tracey was patient, knowledgeable and friendly and worked with us. Tim K. Was thorough and knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date on everything. Also a thank you to Vince who worked really hard the entire day on some complicated electrical issues in the house! I am beyond happy with my experience with lapp and I recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical services.

We had some electrical trouble in the basement of the home we just inherited. The fuse box was the original from when the house was built in 52. The electrician who came out was very knowledgeable and said he would take a look for the part at the shop and 10 minutes later he called saying he actually found one ( the part we had stopped being made decades ago) and came right back to install it. All in all we are very happy with them and will definitely work with them again in our long journey of home improvements

My experience with Lapp Electric was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Lapp Electric was recommended to me by another company who was unavailable to service my electrical problem. They were able to address my issues quickly, which was important considering a fuse had blown and an outlet caught fire. Tim K. was the first to come out to assess the severity of my electrical issues and recommended two guys come out to dig deep into the root of my electrical issues and evaluate the wiring. (It wasn't until the following week that Tim realized he knew my dad who passed away two years ago - small world)! Those two guys were Al and Danny. They were very knowledgable and worked efficiently. I have a 1 year 1 month old pup who isn't used to people coming over to work on the house, and Al and Danny were patient and accepting of Cooper and gave him the time and space to get comfortable with the transition. I offered to crate Cooper but they insisted he was a good boy. They even played with him a little at the end of the job - anyone who treats my baby with love and respect gets my stamp of approval! Electrically, Al answered all of my questions kindly and patiently. He knew my overall goal was to make my home safe for Cooper so he was able to guide me accordingly and I trusted his suggestions. The job was done in less than five hours and I haven't had any more electrical issues! I am so grateful for the incredible service and peace of mind we received from Lapp Electric! Thank you!!!!!

We're thrilled with the work that Lapp completed for us! They installed some new outlets, lights, and fixed up some old house problems in a timely fashion. Even better, they beat the next big electrician company's timeline, cost, and experience by a mile. Their technicians showed up and communicated well. They were polite and efficient. They spent some time understanding our desires, confirming the scope of work, and then executed with excellence. Would be happy to have them back again. Thanks!!!

Great to work with for industrial commercial work. Very knowledgeable and willing to work around production schedule. Very safe and take extra precautions. Open with billing and quoting work to be done. Good communication and quick response time.
